I am Mathijs, a hospitality professional with extensive experience collaborating with a wide range of key stakeholders within the industry. Including hotel operators, white-label operators, REITs, real estate development funds, and other real-estate investors. My expertise spans the short-stay, long-stay, and co-living segments, where I have consistently delivered tailored solutions that balance strategic growth vision with operational and financial feasibility. While I have focussed mainly on deals in Europe, I have worked on deals all across EMEA. Throughout my corporate career, closed deals contributed over EUR 320 mil to the bottom line.

Over the years, I have worked closely with hotel operators to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and align development strategies with market trends. My engagements with white-label operators have involved structuring flexible management solutions that cater to diverse property needs while ensuring robust brand alignment and guest satisfaction.
